The Town of Yountville donated five small cottages to NVCH in 1996. The Town insisted that affordable housing be provided to local residents and employees. In turn, the Town of Yountville sold the property for $1. There are four one-bedroom cottages and one two-bedroom cottage, all within walking distance to downtown Yountville.
Mount Avenue Cottages is owned by Napa Valley Community Housing. Burbank Housing is the property manager.
