Burbank Housing's Recent Developments
May 2024 - On May 7th, the City of Santa Rosa's City Council made a proclamation spotlighting the City's committment to promote affodable housing for its residents. Burbank Housing's Robyn Van Ekelenburg and Roxann Kidneigh accepted the proclamation on behalf of Burbank Housing, and their incredible work on the Down Payment Assistance program for first-time homebuyers was among the acheivements highlighted by the City of Santa Rosa.
April 2024 - Burbank Housing is excited to announce that it was awarded $9.7 million dollars in Joe Serna, Jr. Farmworker Housing Grant funds as part of California Department of Housing & Community Development's Multifamily Finance Super NOFA (MFSN) Round 2! An incredible show of support by the State of California that will go towards financing the construction of Dry Creek Commons, a 58-unit multifamily housing project in partnership with the City of Healdsburg that is planned in north Healdsburg.
